Service Advisor

Due to our increased workload we require an additional trained & competent Service Advisor.
As a part of a busy Service Team, you will aim to ensure every customer has the best experience possible. This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service or repair, and keeping them updated. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with experience. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, be able to cope under pressure & be smartly presented.
This position is full time & permanent.
Salary + bonus + twice yearly profit sharing payment + benefits.
