Mandy, 10 Years Training for Success
January 2025 sees Mandy Bell celebrate a decade of dedicated service as our Training Co-ordinator. Mandy has been an integral part of ensuring the success of our team here at Derek Slack Motors. Mandy’s passion lies in guiding our staff through the comprehensive Škoda training systems, helping them master everything from Technical, Product & Customer care training. Mandy also plays a major part in our compliance & enviromental reporting, & various audits & has helped nurture & support our many apprentices.
Mandy strives to help every team member excel, and her efforts have played a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and expertise in all things Škoda, over the last 10 years Mandy has arranged over 10,000 training events for our team, delivered either face to face at Skoda's training centre in Milton Keynes, or via webinar or e-learning.
Staff training is of paramount importance to Derek Slack Motors, giving our team the skills and expertise to deliver an outstanding customer experience & complete repairs accurately first time.
When not supporting our staff, Mandy can usually be found in her campervan, finding new hikes and cycle routes with husband Steve and Cocker Spaniel Eddie.
