Nathan Johnson qualifies as ‘SKODA Master Technician'
Nathan Johnson recently qualified as a ‘SKODA Master Technician’ achieving the highest recognised level of technician status completing and passing modules which include: accurately diagnosing intermittent electrical faults first time, accurately diagnosing mechanical faults, operating as a customer liaison between customers, service advisors and SKODA brand personnel.
Managing Director Tony Slack said, “Nathan demonstrated the highest quality of work, professionally representing Derek Slack Motors and the SKODA brand. Working as part of a busy SKODA team, Nathan is actively involved relaying important information to both colleagues and customers.
Service Manager Chris Harrison, added “Nathan is a key member of my team who I rely on daily for his technical expertise and passionate SKODA brand knowledge assisting the team in repairing customers cars to manufacturer’s standards, efficiently and timely. He has worked really hard to achieve the Master Technician accolade and we are all really delighted for him.
